**NOTE
- The price is the same for adults and children.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to traffic & weather conditions.
- Please inform us if you will be bringing along a baby stroller or wheelchair.
- Over 3 years old will be charged at the adult price, and children under 36 months will be free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, seats in the car, admission tickets, etc.)

Reminders
❄️ Important Notes for Vivaldi Park Ski Day Tour
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. There is no waiting time; if you are late to the meeting point, it will be considered as a No-Show.
- All meals are NOT included in this tour.
- The itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the tour date.
- This tour may be cancelled if it doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants.
- The company does not need to be responsible or refund if there is a temporary safety inspection, closure of the ski resort, or attractions not operating due to unforeseen reasons.
- Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy or snowy days, and the tour will still run unless the government issues a weather warning. In case of natural disasters or government warnings, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund will be provided.
- All itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. KoreaTravelEasy is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss during the tour.
- There are certain risks in outdoor activities. Guests must evaluate whether they are suitable to participate according to their own health and ability. We strongly recommend customers to prepare travel insurance in advance.
- In case of natural disasters or situations beyond our control (such as heavy snow, weather warnings, or government orders), the company cannot be held responsible for any accidents or damages.
🏂 Ski & Snowboard Notes
- Ski options include a beginner group lesson (Everyday)
- Snowboard lessons are only available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- No snowboard lessons on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday (equipment rental only).
- The smallest children’s ski boot size is 17 cm.
- The smallest children’s snowboard boot size is 21 cm.
- Free infants and non-skiers (those without ski clothing and gear) must wait outside the ski venue.
- Vivaldi Ski Resort may deny access to anyone not wearing proper winter clothing and equipment.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund: 15 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
- 50% refund: 9 ~ 14 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
- No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 9 business days before the selected date or No show
*To request a reschedule, please contact us 3 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date.
- If you need to change the time/date/location after booking, due to the exchange rate and the supply cost of accommodation on different dates, a difference between the original price will be charged.
- The difference is not fixed, please contact us individually.
- No changes can be made within 3 days of departure
- If you need to cancel or change the appointment content, please contact us by email during working hours.
- When cancelling or changing an application after 18:00 on weekdays or weekends/public holidays, It will be processed sequentially on the next working day.
