  • Reviewing core fundamentals (stance, falling safely, standing, stopping)
  • Safety tips and precautions for riding the ski lift
  • Practicing how to stop on an intermediate slope
  • Learning smooth turning techniques on a normal slope

  • Technique adjustments tailored to individual riding style (left/right dominance)
