Overview

Taekwondo is a Koran martial Art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.
Since 2000 Olympic event, Taekwondo has been the official Olympic Game event and became a very famous sport.
Here is the chance for you to wear a Taekwondo uniform and learn the history of Taekwondo as well as basic actions.
You will be learning how to smash a pine board during this class.
After the program, you will have a completion ceremony and get a certification.
