- Tickets cannot give other people and can be received after matching the name of the passport or ID card submitted at the booking.
- Concert Seats will be assigned based on booking order, preference may be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Children under 15 years old are not allowed to enter the concert. Children under 15 years old can be watched with the guardian.
- They will check your belongings. No drinks or foods except bottled water.
- Re-entry from the end of the entry queue when caught prohibited item

[BTS Edition Discover pass]
- This BTS pass should be picked up among 4 places Until Oct 31 2019

-The BTS Edition expiration date is 31st Dec 2019. Therefore, you should be activated the pass no later than 30th Dec 2019.
- Lost passes cannot be refunded or reissued.
- Physical pass: You must present your physical pass at each attraction you visit. If you do not have your pass, you may be denied entry.
- Please check the opening hours and days before visiting an attraction, as they may be subject to change.
- Before visiting, please check government policy mandated free admission benefits to royal palaces and art museums, such as Culture Day (last Wednesday of each month (as of 2019)) and age-based free admission (ages 65 and up) to use your pass even more effectively.
- The Discover Seoul Pass covers general admission to the attractions. Special exhibitions, events, etc. may not always be covered by the Discover Seoul Pass. Please inquire with each attraction for details.

I got to sit at the very back, even far behind the middle screen. I ended up only watching the idols through the big screen. I thought we would be secured for the ‘best’ spots and possibly the standing sect cause we have paid (when the actual ticket is free), but I ended up getting a very bad spot. Disappointed…

Was extremely extremely worth the price!! We went early and got many free gifts also and the tickets were not too bad given the price. We also saw many artistes perform and the line up was amazing! However, it would be better if the tickets were slightly closer to the main stage so we would not need to look at them through the screen 🙂 Nevertheless, no complaints for the price!

I was really let down by where my seat was. The website said we’d be sitting toward the stage, but we were sitting so far back that we decided not to even use our tickets and just watched from across the street because even across the street was a better view than our horrible seats. Thanks for wasting my money. Next time I think I’ll go back to using Trazy. At least they don’t lie to their customers.

I think I was expecting something a little bit more exciting. My first time in Korea and wanted to experience a Kpop concert. However, when I got there I was handed a ticket which led me to a section of seats that weren’t even part of the main area of the concert. The seats were situated about 10m back from barricades (the barricades where in the back of the main concert area). Security guards didn’t even allow you to stand close to the barricades to take a quick picture of the stage. From my seat I could see the show from a big screen – like watching it at home. No ambiance at all. I bought tickets thinking I would get better seats. Was also promised a Korea Travel Easy gift card but didn’t receive anything. Waste of money…

We had no problem getting our tickets on this website! We received the voucher one day after buying them, and we got our ticket at the booth the day of the concert, like we were supposed to. The crew was really nice and answered all our questions about the festival!

The artists performed in front of a huge crowd and the atmosphere was great. I have no negative points to say. It says you guarantee the front seat but I got a seat from Block A4 and it was wayyyyy farther than I had expected (some friends I know even got their seat assigned at Block B2!). I must say I’m disappointed with the false advertisement on the website although the staffs were very nice and helpful.

I had a good time at the concert, but I wish there was better communication between ticketing and the event staff. We were told that it was first come first serve and I waited around all day, just to be told that it was number order so I waited all day for nothing. They instead let all the higher numbers (which were mostly fan sites) to go in front of us and they stood on stools the whole concert so couldn’t see anything. I just wish it was better organized.

Why I have to pay for a ticket I can’t see anyone on the stage? I have to go to the street to see my idols. I don’t know the meaning of my payment. I think the seats behind the big screen better to be free standing areas .The big screen is meaningless and disturbing. If we have to watching performances at the screen why not watch it at home? If the seats behind the screen are standing areas people standing besides the street can watch performance nearer. So, it’s a very disappointing experience!

The process was unorganized and not a lot was explained to us. I arrived early (as was told it was either first come first serve or based on the booking number) but after receiving my ticket it turned out that there was no order to the tickets and people arriving later and people booking later than I had received lower number than I did. Also turns out one of the staff gave himself a low numbered ticket which is unethical to the rest of us that bought them. Being a staff member, he should not have been allowed to get in before us who had paid and to have gotten a better spot.

Wonderful! Thank you sooo much KTE to help me close my Seoul journey to go back to Indonesia after few months staying here with a blast! I got helped from Michelle, Operation Manager of KTE for clarifying prior to purchase. Too bad didn’t see her in person and thank her. The line up was wonderful, location is accessible since it is indeed in the middle of Seoul, ticket exchange process was so easy since the booth was well explained in the confirmation email and even better, I got the best standing location to watch the concert, really in front of the stage! Booking from Koreaeasytravel was easy. The support is awesome and they answer withing the hour during opening hours. It was very easy to change the voucher to tickets at the concert day. The only negativ was that the ticket said seats but it was standing tickets. No big deal but we would probably plan the evening a bit differently if we knew it was standing tickets. However it was just in from of the stage so it was all good. But another huge negative, not related to Koreaeasytravel, was that people was allowed to use selfie sticks. Having mobiles on selfie sticks obscuring the views the entire time was not cool. Also too many people who was only there to take pictures was a negative. I dont mind people taking pictures or even filming a bit but when you are surrounded by people with huge zoom lenses constantly taking pictures with no regards to people who just wish to enjoy the show was also not cool. Again, this is not KoreaEasytravels fault but I’m just mentioning it so people knows about this behavior when you order tickets for similar shows.

It was amazing! The whole process was so simple and super cheap. We were upgraded from seats to the standing area right in front of the stage AND were given first entry to the standing area so I had a great view of the stage. I would definitely book with KoreTravelEasy again
