The Seoul Music Awards (서울가요대상) is an awards show which was founded in 1990 and presented annually for outstanding achievements in the music industry in South Korea. The awards winners are selected from singers who have released albums during the year, which are combined with 20% mobile-phone votes, 10% Sports Seoul’s popularity poll, 40% digital downloads, and album sales, and 30% judges’ scores. There are eight awards that are not restricted by genre, and three awards which are each in trot, hip hop, R&B. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious and largest music awards ceremonies in Korea!

It was very easy to get the tickets! Staff was super nice and efficient and they also speak great English! We had to exchange our tickets on the day of the concert and it also went smoothly! The seats were really good and we even got a free gift as well! Totally recommend! Thank you

The show was great except my seats were not. i had floor seats and that sounds good, but it was a nightmare. Paying $205 for my ticket I should have had unrestricted views, but my seats were in the back on the side floor so not only were people standing on their chairs they all had cameras (which were not supposed to be allowed) and were not sitting so the only thing I saw was the TV monitor they put up. I basically paid $205 to watch it on a TV. I could have stayed home for free and done that. I know KTE can not control the people, it it just wasn’t that great of an experience for me.

KTE staff members were very responsive and helpful even only 2 hours before the event, the process of getting the tickets was very smooth. My seat was very close although it was really on the side so the overall view wasn’t that good
