1. KTX (Korea Train Express)
Gangneung takes about 2 hours from Seoul to Seoul Station. It’s fast and convenient, and you don’t have to worry about traffic jams! Seats close on a first-come, first-served basis!

Had a great time at this event! The lunch provided was delicious and the transport was easy and comfortable! The only drawback was the actual view at the event since we were allowed into the section later than other travel companies, which isn’t kte’s fault but still led me to being unable to view the stage for almost the entire concert which was unfortunate!

It was a great package that was worth it seeing all the idols close thanks to the standing pen tickets for foreigners and it was well-planned and managed even though the Coffee Festival got cancelled in the end due to weather reasons. The tour guides were very friendly and communicated well. They were also pretty engaging and did a great job ensuring everyone’ safety and fairness as well as making sure everyone is on schedule. Thanks a lot KoreaTravelEasy for this wonderful and memorable one-day tour experience! 😀

Awesome seeing Twice and Seventeen! ❤ loved the tour as well even though there wasn’t enough time to enjoy the stops, which is understandable cause of the standing tickets, waiting time is crazy! Next time I will enjoy more of Gangneung ❤

Honestly, this whole tour was quite the experience and not in the best ways. First off, everything was extremely rushed. Second, the tour guides were very confusing about meeting times at different stops, so no one knew what times we were leaving, resulting me and my friends to get left behind at the first stop. This also leads me to question why they didn’t try calling us, since they have our numbers? Luckily, I called them, but even so, that’s terrible organization. I also found it strange that they didn’t even do head counts to make sure everyone was accounted for? The concert itself was intense and overall not the best experience, since a lot of fansites were there. They brought stools and big cameras, shoved people out of the way, and blocked people’s view, making the concert less than enjoyable (if you think I’m talking about just the KBS concert, then you’re wrong, expect it at every big event you go to, like SMUF). After the concert, our tour guide did the head count three times to make sure everyone was here, she told the bus driver to start moving, then starting calling people who were missing and telling them that we were leaving them behind. Everything was so fast paced, I feel like I didn’t get to enjoy a lot. You’re better off doing a self-guided tour and paying for a more expensive ticket for the more enjoyable experience.

First of all, we want to sincerely apologize for your negative experience. Yes, you’re right. Everything was really rushed on that day. The promotor was kept changing the time so our staff was worried about the traffic jam on the way to the venue then couldn’t get good standing zone for our customers. Second, our guide left you behind at the first stop, it’s all our fault. We should training the guide well before the concert. Our guide also admits her mistake and wants to apologize with all sincerity. We may not be able to change the past but if you give us a chance, we will completely make it up to you. Our operation manager, Michelle will be reaching out to you personally. We hope to resolve this to your benefit and earn you back as a customer. Again, we are extremely sorry to hear about this and even more sorry to disappoint a customer.

The staff were very nice and constantly made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. The event went very smoothly, the only thing I wish that’d be different is if we had more time to explore by ourselves. Besides that I had a great time. It was easy to find the meeting places and I made a new friend!
