Global Favorite Idol Popularity Award
The winner of the Popularity Award is selected as a result of 100% voting. Voting will be held on the Choi Aedol, Choi Aedol Celeb app . There are a total of 5 categories: male solo / female solo / male group / female group / trot, and the Global Favorite Idol Popularity Award is awarded to the artist who ranks first in the cumulative ranking in each category.

Global Choi Aedol Fandom Donation Award
Winners are selected based on 100% of the donation data accumulated so far by Choi Aedol and Choi Aedol Celeb. By integrating the two apps, the Global Favorite Idol Fandom Donation Award will be awarded to the artist with the most cumulative donation history.ย

There was a typhoon heades towards Seoul at the concert time and there was given no information regarding the situasjon, and not possible to get a refound.

We genuinely apologize for your disappointment. Despite the challenges posed by the typhoon, the concert proceeded as scheduled. Most of the ticket holders attended the concert.
If the Heart Dream Awards show had been canceled due to the typhoon, we would have certainly provided refunds. This information was communicated to a few concerned customers. However, the event took place as planned.
Regarding the no-refund policy for individual non-attendance, this policy was communicated a month before ticket closure. It was an awesome KPOP experience. KoreaTravelEasy had arranged everything for us before we arrived to South Korea. We got our tickets from their office easily and they provided us with all required information regarding the event. We could see many KPOP groups at the same event and our seats were so close to the stage. Thank you for this wonderful experience๐ฅฐ
