Reminders

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
  Seat number allocation follows a First Come-First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received, based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
  AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.

• *There are only a limited number of tickets, which are distributed based on the time of purchase on KoreaTravelEasy.
  After counting the number of tickets, by the time customers make their purchases,  it is a possibility that all tickets have already been allocated to earlier buyers.
  In this case, we will provide a full refund immediately.

[ General Information ]

Tickets:

• This ticket is for foreigners only and requires participants' ID  (PASSPORT), and flight booking information.
• Tickets will be distributed at the event after checking ID.
• Tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances(including but not limited to loss and damage).
• After the performance starts, you will not be able to re-enter the venue. Please gather at the award venue early and wait. · 
• It will be considered a no-show if you are late retrieving your ticket.
• If it is confirmed that the ticket was pre-purchased by an illegal method, the pre-purchase will be forcibly canceled.

Venue Rules:

• For safe viewing, food is not allowed to be brought into the viewing booth except for drinking water.
• Entering the site may be prohibited due to tripods and large cameras, so please pay particular attention

Artist Line-Up:
- The line-up of artists is subject to change without prior notice, depending on the artists and their respective entertainment agencies.

[ Tour Details ]

Combination Tour:

• This tour is a combination tour with a concert and a tourist attraction, hence tourists must participate in the full itinerary.  
• The itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the usage date.

Seating:

• Option A (2D1N Tour) customers are exclusively allocated Ground Floor Zone "S" (random)
• Option B (1 Day Tour ) customers are given exclusive access to Ground Floor Zone "A" (random).
• Option C (1 Day Tour ) customers are given exclusive access to "Stand" seat (random).
• Please be informed that seat zones are strictly tied to their respective tour options and cannot be exchanged or swapped. Make sure to select the option that aligns with your preferred seating area.

Room Arrangements:

• Rooms are based on double occupancy: Twin Room (2 persons/room).
• You will share the room with another individual of the same gender.
• - If you wish to have a single room, please add a Single-Room Charge: USD$60.00
  - If two people order under the same booking, you will be assigned to the Twin Room
  - If three people order under the same booking, you will be assigned to Triple Room
• Room availability might vary; customers will be notified of changes.
• If you wish to be paired with another customer who made their booking separately, please provide their order number (#000000) and full name so we can facilitate the process.
