How to book

Login and Book	After login, fill in each option; add items to the cart on the right. You can add multiple items in your cart and pay in one payment. We accept all major international credit cards and Paypal
Check your email	You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.
Enjoy your activity	When redeeming your activity, print out or show the confirmation voucher email from your mobile device.

Reminders

All participants must presents with passport (or valid photo iD) before boarding
Infant is free of charge but there is NO seat preparation and need to show the passport to verify age
Please be at the Terminal at least 30 minutes before the Cruise starts. The cruise will depart on the time and they will NOT wait for the late people, and you will not be entitled to any form of refunds if you are late and misses the cruise.
You may choose your set date and time based on its availability. Cruise may, however, be canceled depending on the weather conditions or other circumstances. In this case participants will receive a full refund.
Please note that pets are not allowed to enter.
Parking fee is free (Yeouido Han river park 1 parking lot) and write down the declaration boarding form as you ticketing
Halal food is NOT prepared but some dishes (seafood and vegetarian dishes are available)
In the case of the window seat, up to 8 seats can sit together

Cancellation Policy

100% refund: Cancellation on or before 4 business days (by 5 PM KST) before the selected date.
For e.g.: if your tickets are on Monday, you must contact us previous Tuesday by 5 PM KST.
70% Refund: Cancellation on 3 business days (by 5 PM KST) before the selected date.
50% Refund: Cancellation on 2 business days (by 5 PM KST) before the selected date.
No refund: Cancellation on the reserved date / No-show : No Refund
Vouchers that are not redeemed are treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.

Good experience having dinner on Cruise with my family! Food was good, view was great as we goes around Hangang river, there were musics and duration was just nice. The staff are friendly and offer to help us take photos even though we didn’t request. Overall it was a very good experience and my parents love it! Missing out some fireworks to make it 10/10!
