kids have a great time even though the weather was not as expected, raining most of the time. Disappointed as parade had been cancel due to weather condition. Did not see the firework as we have to be on time for the return bus. Tony was very friendly and giving us proper instruction and guidance for our trip.

Overall it was okay. We were disappointed because we bought tickets with night light festival however, there was no fireworks display.

Our partner informed our customer at the beginning of tour when there’s going to be some changes regards to entertainment schedule such as firework. We still hope that you had some fun in Everland.

We are group of 9 travelers and we booked Everland full day with night light festival via personnel van. It was nice arrangement everything was perfect. Driver helped us to get tickets. It was a nice experience for us booking at ur office. Kyle, our tour guide was acommodating ang did his best to make our trip not boring. My husband and I arrived very early at our meeting point in Myeongdong and got on a different tour bus. Our meeting time is at 10:30 and we arrived at 9:30 not thinking that there might be other tour bus around picking up tourist. Tourist guide (man) also said there won’t be any bus coming for tour that late, so we thought that was our tour. When we got to Everland, the QR code wasn’t working. Good thing, we were able to go on with the tour through the help of Ms. Amy from KoreaTravelEasy. She talked to the staff at Everland and everything was arranged. She also assisted us and kept in touch the whole day so we won’t have a hard time looking for our “bus’ going back to Seoul. Many thanks also to tour guide Ms. Min, who met us at the exit of Everland and made sure we get the front seat on the bus. During booking, I requested for a front seat because I was quite nauseous on long trips. We did not pay anything extra for this. Thank you very much! Good job to all. I would likely recommend this to all my family and friends for their trip in Korea.
