Reminders
[ General Tour Information ]
- Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of departure. The tour bus will not wait for those who are late.
- Children aged 0-3(Under 36 months) are free of charge provided that not occupying a seat.
- The itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the tour date.
- Tour will still run on rainy and snowing days unless there are government-issued warnings. However, a tour may be canceled due to heavy rain or snow.
- Please plan to wear comfortable clothing. Bring winter gear (scarf/ tuque, etc). The Tour partner does not take responsibility for any injuries or losses incurred while on tour.
- Please note that the New Year Season is closed for reservations.

- Single and double beds may vary depending on the resort room conditions on the day.
[ Equipment and Lessons ]
- If all members of your group are NOT renting the same type of equipment together and some wish to rent ski or snowboard equipment separately, please let us know in the "Special Request" section when making your booking.
- The smallest ski booth size for children is 17cm (length of the sole); the smallest snowboard size for children is 21cm (length of the sole).

- Snowboarding lessons can only be applied and paid for on-site, but please inform us beforehand and write down on "Special Request" if you need a Snowboarding lesson.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund: 10 business days (by 17:00 pm KST) before the selected date
- No refund: After 17:00 pm KST 10 business days before the selected date or No show
