Eligibility and Ticket Policy
- This ticket is available exclusively to foreign nationals and cannot be purchased by Korean nationals.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
- Each ticket holder must collect the physical ticket in person on the event day.
Ticket Collection and Entry
- Physical tickets must be collected at Gwangalli Beach on the event day.
- The detailed pickup location and schedule will be sent by email approximately 1–5 days before the event. Please also check the spam or junk folder.
- Present the reservation voucher when collecting the ticket.
- Please arrive 60–90 minutes before the event begins to allow enough time for ticket collection and entry.
- A physical ticket is required for admission. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued.
Seating Information
- This product includes an assigned S Seat and one chair.
- The seating zone and seat number are assigned by the event organizer and cannot be selected in advance.
- Guests must remain in their assigned seats and may not move to another seating area.
- The seating map and related images are for reference only. The actual layout may change according to the final event setup.
Before You Go
- Transportation to and from Busan is not included.
- Children under 36 months may enter free of charge with a ticket-holding guardian, but a separate seat is not provided. Proof of age may be required.
- Entry may be delayed due to large crowds, so please follow the instructions provided by the on-site staff.
- Glass items, sharp objects, fireworks, blades, large suitcases, and other items that may endanger or inconvenience other guests are prohibited.
Event Changes
