How to book

Login and Book	After login, fill in each option; add items to the cart on the right. You can add multiple items in your cart and pay in one payment. We accept all major international credit cards and Paypal
Check your email	You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.
Enjoy your activity	When redeeming your activity, print out or show the confirmation voucher email from your mobile device.

Reminders

Shooting will take place even in rainy weather, and it will proceed normally if it is not heavy rain.
If your late to the meeting point, the shooting time will not be added as much as the late time. Please check the meeting time!
Transportation costs are separate when using public transportation.(By taxi,Bus,etc)
There is no place for luggage storage. Please come out without luggage. (personal handbag is fine)
Depending on the season/weather/shooting time, the portrait and background may be slightly darker or brighter.
Clothes/hair may flutter due to the wind. (Women: If you don't want, please bring a hairpin or a hair strap.)
It is recommended to keep valuables and cash in the hotel safe (the Photographer cannot keep it).
Other people (local people/tourists) will be included in the photo in the background.
Due to the circumstances of the tourist destination, the location under construction may be included in the photo.
During the shooting, walking/cafe use/break time is also included in the shooting time.
Meeting time may change after consulting with the photographer.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund: 15 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
70% refund: 14 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
50% refund: 7 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
No refund: After 5 pm KST 4 business days before the selected date or No show
No show policy: If you are late for 30 minutes over to the meeting place without notice, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be given.
