The ticket office opens 1 hour before the performance starts. Please arrive at the ticket office 15 minutes before your reservation to exchange your tickets. -
Recording Policy:
Photography, video, and audio recording are prohibited during the performance. -
Seat Allocation:
Seats are allocated in the order of reservation. You can confirm your seat location when you pick up your tickets on the performance day. -
Children’s Admission Policy:
- Children under 24 months can enter for free when accompanied by a guardian, but no separate seat will be assigned. Please bring age verification documents (Passport).
- Infants can watch the show, but due to loud sounds and visual effects, attendance is recommended for children 36 months and older.
