When international travelers participate, an English-speaking tour staff member will accompany the tour, provide a brief route orientation, and assist with boarding and passenger checks. Please note that this is not a fully guided hike, and participants should complete the trekking course at their own pace.

Trek Through Jeonwolsan’s Forested Trails

Start the day with approximately 2 hours to explore Jeonwolsan Mountain. Follow the designated trail at your own pace, enjoy the shade of the forest, and take in changing views of Sejong as you make your way through the course.

As the trail rises, the surrounding landscape opens to views over Sejong and the Geumgang River area. Take a moment to rest, enjoy the scenery, and capture photographs before returning to the meeting point.

A Relaxing Walk Across the Geumgang Ieung Bridge

After lunch, continue to the Geumgang Ieung Bridge for a relaxed riverside walk. Its distinctive circular design offers broad views across the water and a gentle final activity after the morning trek.

The pickup point is near Woori Bank, approximately 100 m straight ahead from Exit 6. Please check your booking confirmation for the final meeting point.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the 07:10 AM departure time. The bus will leave on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. Missed tours due to late arrival are non-refundable.

Reminders

  • This is not a fully guided hike. Participants will complete the designated trekking course at their own pace.
  • When international travelers participate, an English-speaking tour staff member will accompany the tour, provide a brief route orientation, and assist with boarding and passenger checks.
  • The English-speaking staff member is not a professional mountain guide and may not remain with each participant throughout the trekking course.
  • Please review the trekking route in advance and stay on the designated trail.
  • Please assess your physical condition and trekking experience before booking.
  • Wear suitable hiking shoes and season-appropriate outdoor clothing. A backpack, trekking poles, gloves, knee supports, spare clothing, socks, water, and light snacks are recommended.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will leave at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
  • Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Please manage your trekking time carefully and return to the designated boarding point before departure.
  • Simple belongings may be left on the bus, but valuables, wallets, passports, and electronic devices should be carried with you.
  • Please refrain from eating on the bus.
  • The operator monitors the weather and normally confirms operation at least 72 hours before departure.
  • If the expected average rainfall during the trekking period exceeds 3 mm, the tour may be postponed by 1 week. Existing reservations will be transferred to the postponed date.
  • During snowy conditions, the tour may proceed depending on trail access. If the original trail is closed after departure has been confirmed, an alternative course may be provided.
  • The itinerary, course, boarding points, and arrival times may change due to traffic, weather, trail restrictions, or operational conditions.
  • Participants are responsible for accidents or injuries caused by personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
  • This tour requires a minimum of 15 participants. If the minimum is not met, customers will be notified at least 3 days before departure and receive a full refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requested at least 6 days before departure: 100% refund
  • Cancellation requested 5 days before departure or later: Non-refundable
  • Late arrival or no-show: Non-refundable

Cancellation requests are processed based on Korea Standard Time and must be received during KoreaTravelEasy business hours.

Weather and Operational Changes

If the expected average rainfall during the trekking period exceeds 3 mm, the tour may be postponed by 1 week. Reservations will be transferred to the postponed date, and cancellation conditions will be calculated based on the new departure date.

If the operator cancels the tour because of insufficient participants, severe weather, trail closure, or another operational reason and no alternative arrangement is provided, customers will receive a full refund.

Please note: If the original trekking route becomes unavailable after operation has been confirmed, the operator may provide an alternative course. A route change alone does not qualify for cancellation or a refund.
