The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
If the tour is canceled for this reason, affected customers will be notified 3–5 days before departure.
All payments will be fully refunded if the tour is canceled because the minimum number of participants is not reached.

* Children aged 48 months to 12 years are charged the child rate.
* Infants under 48 months may join free of charge without a separate seat. The child rate applies if a seat is required.
* In case of rain, the surrey bike experience may be replaced with an alternative attraction.

Itinerary



10:10 AM	Meet at Yongsan Station Exit 1 Lawn Park Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure.
10:30 AM - 13:00 PM	Depart from Seoul and travel to Sejong Additional pickup points: Gyodae Station Exit 9, Jukjeon Bus Stop, and Singal Bus Stop.
13:00 PM - 16:00 PM	Sejong Lake Park Picnic and Surrey Bike Experience - Enjoy a picnic lunch by the lake - Explore the lakeside scenery on a shared surrey bike In case of rain, this activity may be replaced with a visit to an alternative attraction.
16:20 PM - 18:00 PM	Visit the National Sejong Arboretum Enjoy free time to explore the themed gardens, seasonal plants, and indoor conservatories.
18:00 PM - 20:30 PM	Depart from Sejong and return to Yongsan Station, Seoul Drop-offs are available at Singal, Jukjeon, and Gyodae.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals.
Detailed pickup instructions will be provided by text message or phone 1–3 days before departure.
Pickup arrangements may change depending on operational circumstances.
Bus seats are assigned in the order reservations are received. Specific seat requests cannot be accepted.
The child rate applies to children aged 48 months to 12 years.
Infants under 48 months may join free of charge without a separate seat. The child rate applies if a seat is required.
The tour operates in rainy weather. The surrey bike experience may be replaced with an alternative attraction depending on weather conditions.
The itinerary and arrival times are subject to change depending on local and traffic conditions.
Traveler’s insurance is not included. Guests are advised to arrange their own coverage before departure.
Meals and drinks other than the included picnic lunch are not included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and change requests are subject to the following fees:

6 or more days before departure: Full refund
5 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee (80% refund)
4 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)
3 days before departure through the day of departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Please Note

Changes to the reservation are subject to the same policy as cancellations.
Late arrival or failure to board the scheduled transportation will be treated as a same-day cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
The tour operates in rainy weather. Cancellations due to rain are subject to the cancellation policy above.
