Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and change requests are subject to the following fees:

  • 6 or more days before departure: Full refund
  • 5 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee (80% refund)
  • 4 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee (70% refund)
  • 3 days before departure through the day of departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Please Note

  • Changes to the reservation are subject to the same policy as cancellations.
  • Late arrival, failure to appear at the meeting point, or failure to join the scheduled tour will be treated as a same-day cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any unused portion of the tour resulting from a guest’s personal decision to leave early will not be refunded.

Cancellation Due to Insufficient Participants

This tour requires a minimum of 20 participants. If the tour is canceled because the minimum number is not reached, affected customers will receive a full refund. The final departure status will be confirmed three days before departure.
