🍁 Autumn Foliage & Weather Policy

The autumn foliage conditions (ginkgo leaves turning yellow) heavily depend on local weather and temperatures. Refunds will not be issued if the leaves have not fully turned or have fallen early.
The tour operates rain or shine. In case of severe weather, the itinerary is subject to change for safety reasons.

👶 Infant Policy

Infants under 36 months can join the tour for free, but a separate seat on the bus will not be provided. Please keep them on your lap.
If you require a separate bus seat for an infant, please purchase a 'Child' ticket.

🚌 Meeting & Punctuality

Please arrive at your designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will leave strictly on time and will not wait for latecomers.
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missing the bus or arriving late.
During the autumn peak season, the return time to Seoul may be delayed due to heavy local traffic. Please consider this when planning evening schedules or flights.
