Went to the location for the experience. However, the hosts of the experience had nothing booked under Korea Travel Easy and had us wait 30 minutes while they look on their computer for the schedule and still couldn’t find anything and asked us to reschedule for the next day due to the host only speaks Chinese, Korean, and a little English. I refused due to this is booked and showed the confirmation voucher and explained to them it is okay to have this experience of the day we booked it due to this was planned in-advanced. The host speaking a little English is not a problem. At least the hosts eventually agreed to start our booked experience even-though they did not see anything scheduled. Excluding from the issue, this experience was really nice and enjoyable. Would recommend this experience to others.

We reached on time and was informed that we have to go for another time slot which was quite a let down,Didnt know they didnt have proper planning. But apart from that, we had super fun with wearing hanbok & taking pictures, and tho the kimchi making was quite rush but overall it was a great experience for us!

Booked this package mainly for my 2 aging parents . You should see their faces when they laugh and grinning from ears to ears especially my mum during the class & Hanbok wearing. My husband and I had a great cultural experience in Seoul while wearing your traditional ‘hanbok’ attire. We felt like royalties in the ancient time, and gain insight into polite manners in Korea.
We learned how Kimchi is prepared in step-by-step instructions from the masters. Our Kimchi Guru is the best. She taught us the history of Kimchi and its importance to the digestion.
