The Jeolla Province was the main area of Hanji (rice paper) production, it is verified from data of the late Joseon Dynasty. It was reported that Jeonju did a very important role in collecting and trading Hanji produced nearby.

I have been living in Korea for almost four years and never got the chance to travel. It was my first time travelling to Jeonju and wearing a hanbok, the best thing was that everything was so perfectly arranged by the KTE. It was so well organised and everything went smoothly according to the schedule. I am so glad that I got this opportunity to travel with them, the team was so friendly 💗 This trip was a full package to experience everything from hanbok to traditional fan making and of course amazing food. The accommodation provided by them was one of the luxury hotel in hanok village so we can experience things by ourselves too. I would like to mention that the team from KTE that accompanied us actually told us stories and factual information about the places where we went and I got to learn a lot from them 🙂 I hope that i will get the chance to travel again with KTE and explore the real traditional Korea ☺️

It was an amazing tour to know more about the Korean culture, Jeonju-si has a romantic Korean style. The best part was to wear hanbok between the small and typical streets. The food specially bibimbap is a dream and I love when I went to relax and see the afternoon passing in a cafe. Also you can do handcrafts like fan and leather bracelets you can keep those as a souvenir. I love this trip and it was even better because this agency made everything easy and organized. I would love to do it again

This trip by far has been of the best things that I have experienced in Korea. The tour schedule was truly well organized and we could enjoy every second of our trip. The tour staff were very nice and carring. The food and hotel choices were perfect. They had many entertaining art classes as well. But the best part for me was the hanbok experience. Also I should mention that jeonju hanok area is way more beautiful than others which I have seen in Korea.

I love Jeonju! But every time I went, it was for shopping or to explore the nightlife. I’ve been to Hanok Village before but other than wearing a hanbok and a cafe, I didn’t really explore the area. With KoreaTravelEasy, I got to do just that! No stress about booking the trip on my own. The itinerary plans went by smoothly. The hotel was also nice.
