Located in Jeongseon, Gangwon Province, High1 offers the ideal environment for first-time skiers as well as intermediate riders looking to refine their skills.

 

This private ski lesson accommodates 1–3 participants per instructor and is offered as a 3-hour session. With a professional English-speaking ski instructor, you’ll receive personalized coaching tailored to your level, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable learning experience.

The appropriate curriculum (beginner or advanced) will be selected according to your level on the day of the lesson

Beginner Lesson Curriculum

  • Warm-up session and equipment introduction
  • How to put on and take off your gear
  • How to fall safely and stand up correctly
  • Basic stopping techniques
  • Safety tips and precautions for riding the ski lift
  • Practicing how to stop on the beginner slope
  • Learning how to change direction (turn right and left)
  • Q&A and personalized coaching

Advanced Lesson Curriculum

  • Warm-up session and equipment introduction
  • How to put on and take off your gear
  • Reviewing core fundamentals (stance, falling safely, standing, stopping)
  • Safety tips and precautions for riding the ski lift
  • Practicing how to stop on an intermediate slope
  • Learning smooth turning techniques on a normal slope
  • Additional intermediate/advanced skill development
  • Technique adjustments tailored to individual riding style (left/right dominance)

  • 100% refund: 3 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
