Reminders
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Seat number allocation follows a First Come, First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.
AND, the specific ticket numbers will ONLY be disclosed on the event day.
[ About Tickets ]
- This product is only for FOREIGNERS.
- Details of ticket distribution will be informed in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day.
- Admission is not allowed for under the age of 15, regardless of parental accompaniment.
- This ticket is for foreigners only and requires participants' ID (PASSPORT OR ARC)
- Tickets will be distributed at the event after ID is checked.
- Entry will not be permitted without a valid ID or if the person is not the rightful holder of the ID.
- Tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances (including but not limited to loss and damage).
- It will be considered a no-show if you are late retrieving your ticket.
- LATECOMER arrives later than the promised ticket distribution time, it will be considered a no-show and will be unable to get any refund for the ticket price.
[ Standing/Seating ]
- Standing Number/Seat Number will be provided randomly, but will be assigned to the appropriate area based on the option you selected (e.g., Ground Standing or 2F Seating)
- Customers who purchase a 2F Seating ticket will automatically receive Red Carpet Access. Please note that this is not a separate viewing area; you will watch the Red Carpet from your assigned 2F Seating position.
- Customers who purchase a OP3) Standing Ticket Pacakage (Random) will also receive Red Carpet Access.
However, the Red Carpet event overlaps with the standing section's entry/wait time. Attending the Red Carpet event will result in being classified as a late-entry audience member, and entry based on your standing number will not be possible.
- Some seats may partially obstruct views due to stage design, structures, and cameras. Please note that ticket refunds or exchanges will not be available on the day of the performance due to restricted views.
[ Venue Rules ]
- For safe viewing, food is not allowed to be brought into the viewing booth except for drinking water.
- Entering the site may be prohibited due to tripods and large cameras, so please pay particular attention
- Advance notice of prohibited items/personal (unauthorized) photography resulting in expulsion.
- Confiscation of items at the venue is difficult; therefore, entrance is absolutely prohibited with prohibited items.
- Advance notice materials will also be used as evidence for on-site actions.
- List of prohibited items:
- Dangerous objects such as knives, scissors, lasers, etc.
- Food items, excluding unopened bottled water
- Unauthorized filming equipment
- Mats, portable chairs, ladders
