Ticket Allocation & Tour Rules
- The exact concert section is subject to final venue configurations. Your ticket will be assigned based on your chosen zone (Seating).
- Tickets will be assigned in the order of booking completion on our system, specifically matched to your purchased ticket type from the ticket allocation KoreaTravelEasy received from the event organizer.
- Specific seat row numbers will be disclosed only on the event day at the venue.
- Detailed ticket collection profiles, meeting layouts, and schedules will be delivered via your confirmation voucher email 2-3 days prior to the event.

Every year, thousands gather at Daecheon Beach to splash, slide, and play in the famous mineral-rich mud. From mud pools to obstacle courses, water fights, and beach fun — the festival is the perfect mix of fun, freedom, and summer vibes.

- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Seat number allocation follows a First Come, First Served basis within the zone among the tickets KoreaTravelEasy received based on booking time on the KoreaTravelEasy (KTE) website.

[ About Tickets ]
- This ticket is for foreigners only and requires participants' ID (PASSPORT OR ARC)
- Exact seat numbers will be disclosed only on the event day.
- Tickets are only available to foreign nationals and must be picked up in person with a valid passport.
- Details for the tour will be sent in the confirmation voucher email 2–3 days before the event.
- Entry will be denied without a valid passport or if the ID does not match the reservation name.
- Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or damage).
- Please arrive 10 minutes before departure (The bus will not wait for those who are late)
- Tickets obtained through illegal methods will be canceled without notice
[ Venue Rules ]
- We suggest you bring an extra set of clothes because it will get muddy!
- This activity is not stroller-and wheelchair-accessible.
- Shower facilities and the usage of lockers are NOT included in this tour.
- Please prepare cash for the shower facility and locker rental fee.
- For safe viewing, food is not allowed to be brought into the venue except for drinking water.
- The concert will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by organizers.
- All attendees must undergo a security check at entry.
- Entering the site may be prohibited due to tripods and large cameras, so please pay particular attention
- Advance notice of prohibited items/personal (unauthorized) photography resulting in expulsion.
- Advance notice materials will also be used as evidence for on-site actions. List of prohibited items:
- Dangerous objects such as knives, scissors, lasers, etc.
- Food items, excluding unopened bottled water
- Unauthorized filming equipment
- Mats, portable chairs, ladders
