• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
  Seat number allocation follows a First-Come, First-Served basis within the assigned zone among tickets received by KoreaTravelEasy based on booking order. Exact seat numbers will be disclosed ONLY on the event day.

[ About Tickets & Bus Tour ]

• This tour/ticket is for foreigners only. All attendees MUST present a physical Passport or ARC matching the reservation name upon ticket pickup.
• Tickets must be picked up in person. Entry will be strictly denied if your ID does not match the reservation name.
• Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or damage).
• Please arrive 10 minutes before bus departure. (The shuttle bus departs strictly on time and will not wait for late arrivals.)
• Tickets obtained through illegal or unauthorized methods will be canceled without notice.

• Extra Clothes & Towel: We strongly suggest bringing an extra set of clothes and a towel because you will get muddy!
• Showers & Lockers: Festival shower facilities and locker usage are NOT included in this package. Please prepare cash for shower/locker rental fees on-site.
• This activity is not stroller- and wheelchair-accessible.

[ Concert Venue & Viewing Rules ]

• Seating Operation: This performance operates with a combination of advance online reservation seating and first-come, first-served on-site seating.
• 💦 Water Effects Warning: This performance includes special effects such as water cannons. Please be aware that your clothes, hair, and personal belongings WILL get wet!
• ☀️ Summer Heat Preparation: As this is an outdoor performance, we strongly recommend bringing personal cooling items (portable fans, hats, cooling patches, sunglasses, etc.).
• 🚫 No Re-Entry / No Mid-Exit: Leaving and re-entering the venue during the concert is strictly prohibited once you enter.
• 🧳 No Storage / Cloakroom: The concert venue does NOT operate a luggage storage or cloakroom. Please keep your belongings light. Organizers and KTE are not responsible for loss or theft caused by personal negligence.
• Child Policy: Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• Food & Drinks: Outside food is not allowed into the venue, except for unopened bottled drinking water.
• Broadcasting Notice: Please note that audience members may be filmed and appear on camera/broadcast screens during the concert.
• View Obstruction: View may be partially obstructed depending on stage structures or venue conditions.
• Rain Policy: The concert will proceed rain or shine unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by organizers.
• Security Check & Prohibited Items: All attendees must undergo a security check. Prohibited items include:
  • Dangerous objects (knives, scissors, lasers, fireworks, etc.)
  • Outside food (unopened bottled water is allowed)
  • Mats, portable chairs, ladders, tripods
• Camera & Filming Policy:
  • Photo and video recording inside the concert venue is strictly prohibited. Professional filming equipment (cameras with detachable lenses, camcorders, action cams, etc.) is not allowed.
  • Carrying prohibited filming equipment will result in entry denial even if you have a valid ticket.
  • Unauthorized filming or recording during the show will result in immediate data deletion and forced ejection from the venue.
