Boryeong is best known as the home to Korea’s Mud Festival every summer, but it can be visited year round! On our one day tour from Seoul, we will be visiting the famous mud flats, experience picking shellfish you will get a bag to catch them in and it’s up to you if you want to take it home. We’ll visit the famous Daecheon Beach for some free time. There are activities available there such as the Korea Sky-Bike and Zip Track there will be time to do both (optional). You’ll even get a chance to make your own Korean Dried Seaweed, known as Gim. We’ll then continue on to Gaehwa Art Park to check out beautiful flowers and relax at a cafe among the greenery. Make sure to take a lot of beautiful pictures before we head back to Seoul.

Get your boots, shovels, bags ready and start digging! You may take home the shellfish you caught in the bag! Please note: Time may change depending on the tide. Only when there is a low tide we can go out to pick shellfish.
Korea Sky Bike at Daechon Beach
Korea Sky Bike lets you enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean. This bike ride is so nice because whenever the trail goes uphill it will automatically drive, so no need to pedal too much! Take your time to take great photos instead!

If there are not more than four guests booked in total, the trip will be canceled by the operator and a full refund will be given. We will provide advance notice of this (three days).
For your safety, mudflat activity can be replaced by fishing activity on the trip date due to tide condition, you will be informed before the tour date!
Please arrive 10 minutes before departure. The bus will not wait for those who are late.
Personal expenses, including drinks at the Gaehwa Art Park, are not included.

It was amazing, the tour guide was great and it was a simple trip to get there, although quite a long journey. Lunch was great and we spent a lot of time doing the sky bike and zip trek. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Extremely worth every cent paid. Guide for the day is Tiger and he went out of his way to pick us up from our accommodation though it wasn’t required. We did not manage to do the mud picking due to the sea conditions which was a disappointment. We did fishing instead and to be frank wasn’t such a fun experience. We next proceeded to skybike and my family enjoyed it. We had our hands on experience doing seaweed making and the key highlight was definitely gaehwa art park where the kid can have their hands on experience feeding deer goats piglets rabbits. It is a beautiful park with loads of greeneries, beautiful flowers and fresh air. One of the better day trips made and well worth the dollars paid.
