This class offers a variety of food cultural experiences in Seoul by exploring the local market for fresh ingredients and cook together with people from all over the world! Cook 5 different Korean dishes and enjoy a typical Korean homemade meal together!

MENU
Every class consists of 5 Korean dishes.
The menu can be changed if you have an allergy or special needs(ex: gluten-free, Halal, vegetarian).
* Composed of 5 different menu items.
* For vegetarians, we recommend the menu on Wednesdays and Fridays. On other days, we could use tofu and mushrooms instead of meats.

Ms JiHee our teacher was very adorable and knowledgeable on teaching and slowly taking us through the market letting us try new traditional korean flavours and foods, the traditional herbal medicine was a new experience for me and the different vegetables used in korean cooking is far way beyond what I have imagined. The manager at the cooking class was lovely too, she tried to help a lot by using simple English and body language! Thank you for your hospitality and it was a great honour on learning Traditional Korean Cuisines ! 감사합니다! 짱이에요 and it was delicious

Our group had a great time, they adapted well for a bit larger than normal group size and we all had a wonderful time. They food was delicious too! All of the staff we interacted with were fantastic as well!

Honestly, the samgyetang we made in class was better than the one served in a Myeongdong restaurant days later. Jiji (sp?) was attentive and patient as our guide and teaching cook. She even helped me purchase a premeasured packet of essential ingredients to make this back in the States. If only I could get Korean quality ginseng in the States of reliable quality and price.
