Reminders

• KR PASS is a ticket only for foreigners. Koreans (Korean Passport) are not allowed to use.
• You have to bring your ID (Passport, ARC, etc..)
• Please do not use characters such as "()" when inputting your passport name.
• Age is based on the start date of usage, not the purchase date
• It must be used by the same person only. You will not be able to use it if your PASS name, country of residence, and passport numbers are different.
• Please note that reselling or lending to a third party is prohibited.
• *Remember that we are not responsible for any penalty caused by breaking the rules.
• When you place an order, please make sure to put your name in the English alphabet only, like the name on your passport.

• Please check the remaining seat at your preferred time and destination.
• Seat reservations are also available at the Travel Center at each train station, but we recommend you proceed online in advance due to the long waiting line.
  (Seat reservations are unavailable on the Automatic Ticket Machine/Kiosk in the station.)
• If you purchase more than 2 tickets, you will receive a ZIP file with individual vouchers organized in one folder.
• Must bring a valid Korail Pass (printed or mobile screen), Passport, and Printed seat ticket (If you reserve the seat)
  If the ticket is sold out, you can board a train as a standing ticket and bring the Korail Pass and a valid Passport.

• NOTE::
  The package included a Korea KR Pass Ticket as follows::
  High-Speed Trains: KTX and KTX-Sancheon
  Conventional Trains: ITX-Saemaeul, Mugunhwa, Nuriro, and ITX-Cheongchun
  Tourist Trains: V-Train, S-Train, DMZ-Train, A-Train, and Westgold-Train

  BUT NOT INCLUDED:

  • First Class ticket
  • Subway pass
  • SRT pass (starting from Suseo station)

[How to make the reservation for the seat]

1. Visit Korail Official Website.
2. Insert the number on the voucher in the "KORAIL PASS NUMBER" section then select "Inquiry"

Under 'Starting date of duration,' select your desired usage date, click 'Save' to save it, and then click on 'Seat Reservation.'

※For customers who have purchased the "Select Pass Ticket"※
For customers to have purchased the 'select (fx) Pass ticket', they must choose the desired date to choose the seats.
Select your chosen ticket from Reservation Information, then select 'Details'.

After selecting your desired travel date under 'Date of Travel,' click 'Save' to save it, then click on 'Seat Reservation'.

After all the information is filled out, select 'Inquiry'.

Select the schedule you want to make a reservation and click 'Seat Selection'.

Select the desired train car and seat number you want to make reservation and click 'Apply Selection'.

After that, click 'Reservation' at the bottom right.

Check the reservation information and click 'Next'.

After verifying the information, click 'Check out'.

Ticket issuance has been completed.

• If you use illegally contrary to the effective use, you will be fined 10 to 30 times the normal fare.
• Seats may not be available during the New Year holidays, Lunar New Year (Seollal), and during Chuseok.
  On New Year's day and before and after the date of those holidays, standing rooms and free seats may not be available to use. 
• If you can not find an available seat, you are allowed to use KORAIL PASS as a standee.
• *Remember that we are not responsible for any penalty caused by breaking the rules.
• There is no compensation for the delay or canceled train.

• Notice: Valid within 10 days from the reservation date (Date of the 1st Ride). For those who have purchased the "Flexible Select Pass" already, you can not purchase once again during the period which is not pass 10 days from the first open date. Please try to purchase after 10 days from the open date or a Consecutive pass.
