This concert is organized by the Gangnam-gu Office to promote tourism, and tickets are exclusively offered to foreign travelers visiting Korea during the festival period.
βοΈ To qualify, your arrival and departure dates must be within 90 days (for regular E-VISA), and the concert date must fall within your stay.

- *There are only a limited number of tickets, which are distributed based on the time of purchase on KoreaTravelEasy.
After counting the number of tickets, by the time customers make their purchases,Β it is a possibility that all tickets have already been allocated to earlier buyers.
In this case, we will provide a full refund immediately.
Customers who are confirmed to receive a ticket will receive an email requesting their passport information and flight information.

- According to Gangnam-gu Office policy, foreign customers who purchase tickets must:
- Provide passport information: Full English Name, Nationality
- Provide flight information: Arrive & Departure Date, Arrive & Departure Flight number, e-ticket (pdf format)
- Only after confirming the actual participant's identity successfully can receive the ticket and enter the venue.
- If the provided mandatory information does not match exactly, the actual participant will be denied ticket issuance.
[ About Tickets ]
- This admission ticket is forΒ foreigners who travel to Korea around the festival period ONLY, and you need to bring yourΒ PASSPORT to pick up the ticket.Β
- Details of ticket distribution will be informed in the confirmation voucher email 2-3 days before the event day
- Tickets will be distributed at the event after checking ID.
- Entry will not be permitted without a valid ID or if the person is not the rightful holder of the ID.
- Ticket cannot be re-issued under any circumstances(including but not limited to loss and damage).
- It will be considered a no-show if you are late retrieving your ticket.
- If it is confirmed that the ticket was pre-purchased by an illegal method, the pre-purchase will be forcibly cancelled.
- If all side seats are taken and LATECOMER arrives later than the performance start time, you won't be allowed into the concert. In such cases, it will be considered a no-showΒ and will be unable to get any refund for the ticket price.

- For safe viewing, food is not allowed to be brought into the viewing booth except for drinking water.
- Entering the site may be prohibited due to tripods and large cameras, so please pay particular attention
- Advance notice of prohibited items/personal (unauthorized) photography resulting in expulsion.
- Confiscation of items at the venue is difficult; therefore, entrance is absolutely prohibited with prohibited items. Advance notice of this rule is requested.
- Request for advance notice regarding expulsion for personal photography.
- Advance notice materials will also be used as evidence for on-site actions. List of prohibited items:
- Dangerous objects such as knives, scissors, lasers, etc.
- Food items, excluding unopened bottled water

It’s good and the staff is kind. Enjoyed the tour and the event, just a feedback for the concert (not to koreatraveleasy because they did well) hope that Gangnam organizers will also prioritize international fans (there’s a lot of space in all zones and it’s actually good looking if all zones are almost full or like so many fans can see near because I just watched in the screen all the time π and also saw someone sneaked out below the rail). Very kind folk, English speaking was good too. The places visites weren’t that great though: too much time in HiKR ground, the market (lunch) was very crowded and little space for us to dine. Other indications were fine and usually clear:)

The tour was interesting, the bus was old but adequate, the guide Alice and the staff were very kind and attentive, I don’t understand much English and they all did their best to make sure I understood all the information, I didn’t understand why we had our meal in the traditional market where the merchants had no interest in serving foreigners, there were only 2 merchants who served us politely and the other 6 were rude, the train stations don’t have staff to serve passengers in difficulty, only at Incheon airport did I find a tourist information place with staff who provide detailed information. Many thanks to Korea Travel Easy for the tour, I prefer to travel in Japan, the service is much better in hotels, trains and commercial establishments.

the concert was great, our guides were very nice, but the event was disorganized and they had us standing waiting for hours with no notice as to when the event would start. but overall just the tour package was good π

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during the Yeongdongdaero K-pop concert in collaboration with the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO).
Regarding the Seating Issue:
We understand the importance of seating arrangements, especially in such events.
Historically, for K-pop concerts targeting foreign attendees, the “foreigner zone” has always been located closer to the stage and has generally provided excellent views.
And we were informed that the foreigner zone for this concert would also be in a close and favorable location.
However, on the day of the event, the block designated to us by KTO was, regrettably, positioned further back. We were also made aware of this change by KTO on the very day of the event.
We deeply regret this oversight and assure you that we have reported this discrepancy to the KTO. We are committed to improving our communication to ensure accurate information is provided in the future.
Regarding the Long Waiting Time and Disorganization:
Each concert has its unique set of logistical challenges, and we understand that the waiting period was longer than anticipated for this event. We have escalated this issue to the KTO and will strive to ensure that such delays and disorganization are mitigated in future events. On our part, we apologize for this lapse and promise to put in efforts to offer better services, especially for our foreign attendees.
