  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure. The tour bus will not wait for latecomers.
  • If you miss the scheduled transportation due to personal reasons such as late arrival, schedule changes, or failure to follow the guide’s instructions, any additional transportation costs will be your own responsibility.
  • The itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the tour date.
  • You must participate in the full 3-day, 2-night itinerary (partial participation is not allowed).
  • Shared room accommodations will be provided (2 people per room, same gender).
  • If you are travelling with family or friends who made a separate booking, please write their order number (#000000) in the “SPECIAL REQUESTS” section.
  • Solo travelers will be paired with other participants.
  • On holidays, travel time may double due to heavy traffic.
  • The tour will proceed even in rainy weather, unless there is a government-issued warning.

  • 100% refund: 10 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date (by 16th June 5pm KST)
  • No refund: After 16th June - 10 business days (by 5 pm KST),  No show, late arrival or missed transport.
