Service Hours: Mon-Sat 10:00 AM ~ 16:00 PM
Total Required Time:
• ID/Profile Photo: 30 minutes for each
• Hair+Makeup+ID Photo: About a 1-hour
Professional makeup and hairstyling for 1 hour → Photoshoot → Customer selects the photo → 1:1 Contour Photoshop → Coordinating photo receiving schedule with customer.
• Hair+Makeup+Profile Photo: About 1 hour 30 minutes
Professional makeup and hairstyling for 1 hour → Photoshoot → Customer selects the photo → Selected photos will be photoshopped and sent via email after 4 weeks
(Profile photo takes a lot of time to photoshop face/body/absolute color)
• Hair+Makeup+Wedding Photo / Hair+Makeup+Profile+ID Photo: About 2 hours ~2 hours 30 minutes

Reminders

Please make sure to arrive on time. If you arrive at the place later than the reservation time, it might be canceled; in this case, a refund is unavailable.
Sometimes, it may not be possible to book a service at your desired time/date due to over-booking or depending on the studio's situation (we at KoreaTravelEasy have no control if this happens).
In this case, we will contact you via email/message in addition to your voucher so that you can book another time slot. Please make sure to check your email regularly.
The services are suitable for all ages.
The same prices are applied for both adults and children.
If you make a reservation for 2 or more people for the Hair + Makeup + Photo Package, the service will proceed at 30-minute intervals per person.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund: 5 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
70% refund: 4 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
No refund: After 5 pm KST 3 business days before the selected date or No show
Change of reservation: Available up to 4 days in advance (by 17:00 KST)
