Reminders

• This ticket only available foreigner. If Koreans with foreigners, It will be allowed.
• CIMER entry is only allowed for guests who are over 10 years old or 1.3m or taller. Minors are allowed entry when accompanied by a legal guardian with proof of age. (Resident registration or medical insurance card)
• Children must be at least 1.3m tall to use the slide at CIMER and are required to wear a life jacket in some pools that are too deep.
• All fees except admission fees are charged to your locker key and are to be paid when exiting.
• You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of purchasing your tickets. 
  (Shoe lockers will lock automatically after 10 minutes.)

• 1F AQUA SPA ZONE : Use of the pool allowed only in swimsuits

  2F JJIMJIL SPA ZONE : Only jjimjil clothes and gym clothes allowed

• Entry to Food Plaza, Sports Bar X and Infinity Bar 8 is not permitted for guests with Jjimjil Spa tickets due to the separation of floors.
• Option1)The Jjimjil spa is available for up to 4 hours after then an additional 5,000 won per hour.
• Option2)The Jjimjil spa + Aqua spa is available for up to 6 hours after then an additional 5,000 won per hour.
• An additional fee of KRW 15,000 will apply to night-time tickets (10PM – 7AM) and KRW 5,000 per hour for use of the facility outside official hours
• For the safety and convenience of our guests, no tubes, pool toys, food, smoking or use of oil is allowed.
• Guests suffering from a cold or physical weakness are restricted from using the facility.
• For the safety of our guests, guests may be restricted from using pool facilities after drinking.
• We ask guests with tattoos on their bodies to cover up their tattoos (e.g., by wearing a rash guard).
