There are a lot of locations to visit and we will give you some suggestions:

1. K-pop Entertainment companies:

Each K-pop group is under a company. You probably already know the big ones like HYBE, YG and SM. All these companies are based in Seoul, so if you’re planning to go, it’s nice to pass by the entertainment companies to see where your favorite idols practice! Of course make sure to only pass by, since you’re not allowed to go into the buildings!

HYBE Entertainment:

The SamE Cafe (by YG):

The SamE Cafe is right in front of the YG building. You can buy drinks, snacks, and also buy merchandise there. It is a great place to visit if you’re a fan of (one of) the YG artists!

SM Entertainment:

2. K-star road:

The K-star road is a must visit if you’re a K-pop fan! There are “Gangnamdols” for multiple groups like BTS, Kara, EXO and much more. The Gangnamdols have a bear shape and each one has their own design. You can take pretty pictures with them and walk along the road. This road is also well known for the luxury shops and cafes.

3. Statue of Gangnam Style:

Of course everyone knows the famous song Gangnam Style by PSY! Also well known for the popular “horse dance”. In 2016 Gangnam Style got a big bronze statue. The shape of the statue is also the ‘’horse dance’’ pose. If you go stand in the middle of the statue, the song will start playing and then it’s your time to perform!

The Gangnam Style statue is also nearby the COEX Mall so you can go out for shopping too.

4. K-pop Music Shows:

Here, in this underground shopping mall, there are multiple K-pop shops where you can fill up your collection! There are shops with unofficial goodies but also shops with official K-pop albums, merchandise and lightsticks. For both old and new stuff, you will definitely find something for your collection. You might be lucky to catch something limited edition as well!

K-pop concerts, fan meetings & award shows:

In Korea, there are multiple shows you can attend. Tickets are selling out really fast though so make sure to keep an eye out for new announcements so you won’t miss out on opportunities to see your favorite idols live!

Pop-up stores:

After a comeback, K-pop webshops can announce a Pop-Up store, like Ktown4u did recently with Blackpink Jisoo’s solo album ‘’ME’’. You can go to the location and see it full of decorations and albums of the artist. Their music is playing and you can take a seat and drink while unboxing albums. Most of the fans are going because of the Lucky Draws which are exclusive photocards. For each album you buy, you can push a button and get a random photocard! 

What is Legoland Korea?

Legoland Korea is the world’s 10th Legoland with a massive area of 280.000 sqm! It makes Legoland Korea the largest Legoland in Asia and the second largest in the world, after Legoland New York. 

It is located in Hajung Island at the center of Uiam Lake in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. It is also the first Legoland that is built on an island. You can find a lot of attractions here in 7 different themed area’s.

If you like LEGO, or your children like to play with the colorful bricks, a visit to Legoland Korea is a great idea to have a fun day out. Enjoy the attractions, shows, food & more!

You can find over 40 rides in Legoland Korea, So exciting! They’re all in these 7 different themed area’s; Pirate Shores, Bricktopia, LEGO Castle, LEGO City, LEGO Ninjago World, Brickstreet and Miniland. There’s a lot to explore!

Besides all the rides and attractions, Legoland has also shows and meet & greets! There are multiple shows in different themes and meet & greets in the areas. These are great activities for families with children.

Food & Shops:

While exploring all the area’s, you must be hungry! Don’t worry, there are a lot of yummy snacks available in every area. Before you go back home, it is possible to have dinner at one of the restaurants. You can enjoy Korean and Western food here.
