Option 1) Archery Class <1 hour 10 min Course>

5 mins	Greeting, Introduction of Archery (the history of Korean archery, Olympic games, etc.)
10 mins	Warm-up & Safety Instruction, Posture Instruction
15 mins	Equipment & Providing a bow and arrow, 1:1 Posture Training & Zero In
30 mins	Individual Practice & Individual Record Measuring
10 mins	Wrap up

Option 2) Archery Class <2 hour Course>

10 mins	Greeting, Introduction of Archery (the history of Korean archery, Olympic games, etc.)
