You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 2 business days of booking, subject to availability. If you have not received it yet, please check your SPAM email or MY ACCOUNT on our website.

Reminders

  • Short-Term Tourism Visa (C-3) cannot use this product.
  • Recharging/extending the service for more than 30 days is possible directly at the pickup location.
    With passport: Up to 90 days.
    With ARC: Up to your Visa expiration date
  • Minors under the age of 19 can't use the product. 
  • Some phones may not support KT LTE frequencies despite being able to support 4G data in your home country.
  • Phones like these will automatically connect to 3G data.
  • Refunds will not be granted in these circumstances.
  • If your phone is from a Japanese/American/Canadian carrier, please contact the local operator to unlock the country lock before the SIM Card activation.

New Year Closing

  • Customer Center Operation Suspension Period: January 31 (Monday) ~ February 2 (Wednesday) Lunar New Year holiday

Recharge

- This SIM Card (with the same number) is not re-chargeable through KoreaTravelEasy due to KT Sim Card Company Policy.
- To recharge the SIM Card (with the same number) please head to the official KT SIM Card website, manual is sent with contact information.
- Recharge can only be done before SIM Card Expiration.
- If you are not able to recharge via the KT SIM Card website, you can repurchase a new SIM Card (with a new number). Place the same order.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund: 3 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
  • 50% refund: 2 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
    (e.g: if your pick-up date is on Thursday, you must contact us by Tuesday by 5pm KST)
  • No refund: After 5 pm KST 2 business days before the selected date or if you do not pick-up your SIM CARD, it is treated as a cancellation with no refund.

    *To request a reschedule, please contact us 2 business days (by 5pm KST) before the selected date.
