Tea and conversation time (Tea-tox) could be longer than expected.

One-day Detox Yoga and Tea-tox are offered every Saturday, with different themes.

Week 1
- Relaxing Warm Up Yoga & ripened pu’er tea, black tea, lemon ginger tea and
refreshments
- Health Benefits: Warms your body up, and helps detox and anti-aging
Week 2
- Body Wake Up Yoga & white tea, Oolong tea, rooibos tea and refreshments
- Health Benefits: Its antioxidant improves immunity and helps weight loss.
Week 3
- Boosting Up YOGA & raw pu’er tea, green tea, jasmine flower tea and refreshments
- Health Benefits: fatigue recovery, relaxation of body and mind, relieving menstrual cramps
Week 4
- Detox Yoga & matcha tea, Jerusalem artichoke tea, peppermint tea and refreshments
- Health Benefits: Removing tension from your body, weight loss, anti-aging
