- Everland and Caribbean Bay are both parts of the Everland Resort
Drop-off locations - 6:30 PM bus goes every stop that you picked up from and 9:30 pm also goes to every stop except City Hall station

**ATTENTION

Return time depends on the Caribbean Bay closing time. 9:30 PM return bus is on everyday until October and will not be on Sunday from November 2018

How to book

Login and Book	After login, fill in each option; add item the cart on the right. You can add multiple items in your cart and pay in one payment. We accept with all major international credit cards and Paypal
Check your email	You will instantly receive the order receipt by email. The confirmation voucher (Mobile ticket with QR code for entrance) will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability.
Enjoy your activity	When redeeming your activity, show the confirmation voucher to the bus driver. When you arrive at Caribbean Bay, show the mobile ticket (QR code) from your mobile device at ANY ENTRANCE GATE

Reminders

Round-trip shuttle bus ride is included in package. The shuttle bus is non-refundable if you miss the bus. Please arrive on time as the bus does not wait for late-comers.
Shuttle bus will drop you off at the Everland Bus stop and you can walk to Caribbean Bay (5 mins walk) from the stop.
The Caribbean Bay entrance mobile ticket (with QR code) will be sent to you via your email within 24 hours after you complete the reservation. Please show the Caribbean Bay QR code on the confirmation to the staff at the entrance
Please prepare for ID verification for children age 3-12 years old, in case of ID check from Caribbean Bay staff
Children under 3 years old enter for FREE by showing ID
Mobile tickets are only for sale to foreigners only
Caribbean Bay tickets are NOT INTER-CHANGEABLE to Everland tickets.
Caribbean Bay has limited entrance capacity of about 15,000 people at the same time to ensure safety and best experience for visitors - make sure to arrive earlier to ensure entrance !
Swimming suit and swimcaps are mandatory and we suggest to bring your own swimming goggles and towels.
The use of some slides can be restricted if the customer is not wearing designated outfits.

Cancellation Policy

No refund: The shuttle bus and Everland mobile ticket are NOT REFUNDABLE after Everland mobile ticket is sent to you
To change shuttle bus date: Shuttle bus date change is only accepted if you contact us at least 3 days prior to the planned date within office hours. (10 am – 6 pm KST)

That was our second trip with KoreaTravelEasy – both times were very pleasant and hassle free. Easy to find the meeting point, English speaking guide. No need to print out voucher – they can scan your codes from your phone at the entrance to the park. Will definitely be returning customers during our next trip to Seoul. Caribbean bay in August was very busy even at work day. Please note that food or glass bottles are not allowed inside the park.

Caribbean Bay is also very popular for Korean as well and most Korean have a summer vacation in August. That is why it was very busy at work day as well. You cannot bring the food and glass bottle inside but they sell some food and drinks inside so then you don’t have to bring. We hope to see you again too!:)
