I could not go to the tour due I had a problem with my leg so I needed to rest on that day, and I missed it. I give 5 stars because I had another tour that was cancelled due the Afrian swine fever and I asked to Koreatraveleasy to just transfer the money that I paid to this tour. Our tour of Everland was really good. The transportation was comfortable and on time. Everland itself was a lot of fun and not overly busy so getting on rides etc. was easy. The grounds were very clean and the gardens were really beautiful. The staff were courteous and helpful. I really recommend this tour. A place the whole family will enjoy.

I always book at KTE everytime I go to Korea. The price is cheaper here. This time our stay in Everland was shorten due to weather condition. It was sooo cold even in the afternoons. This tour package is very convenient. You only need to show up on time at the pick-up station, and confirm with the driver that it’s the correct bus going to Everland. Once seated, a guy will ask for your name, then give the bus tickets for the return trip. It was winter when we visited Everland, so T-express and some other rides were closed. There was no firework display as well. But this is already expected. Thanks to the outdoor heaters, we didn’t freeze exploring the park. Snowbuster was fun, and we will definitely be back here!

We had a good experience with the both pick up and return shuttle bus. Both drivers were friendly and welcomed us. There was a person in charge of “registering” passengers who could speak English and instantly identified my name before I said it myself. The QR code was convenient and allowed us to skip the ticketing queue to go straight to the gantry. Overall, this is a great package, and especially convenient for those staying near Seoul Station!

The driver in charge of pick up is great as compared to the driver who sent us back. He screamed as us to get down the bus when the drop off point (Seoul Station) is different from the pick up point. As we are foreigners, we are unfamiliar with the drop off point and are so worried that we are dropped off at the wrong place. The driver is impatience and not understanding at all. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we are somehow forced down the bus. Very bad experience.

I would like to feedback that the person in charge for the departure from myeongdong to Everland is very polite and amiable. However, it is really disappointing that the man who is in charge of the bus going back to myeongdong was extremely rude. We were told that there were 2 seats left at 6.15pm, and I asked whether there are 2 seats that are together, he told me no and so I requested to take the next bus. However, he was totally disagreeable and snatched my tickets away, saying that the next bus will come only 30min later. I felt extremely upset with such a poor service. Apparently, there should be a bus that would leave by 6.30pm, isn’t it? And I was punished to take a seat I don’t feel comfortable with for an entire hour just for your company’s convenient sake. If that is the case, I would have rather taken a public transport which at least I could queue up and take another bus if I can’t have a seat of my choice at a much lower cost. The driver starts driving even before my mum got to sit down. She almost fell down. I think it is important to consider the safety of all passengers, especially when an old lady is still looking for a seat which was right at the corner at the back. There is absolutely no hurry to drive the bus off since we were still 15 minutes early. All in all, I hope you could look into the processes and logistics of your company’s tour and I don’t think I would engage in your service again or recommend anyone to take up this package. It is really a disappointing experience for both of us. Thanks.

I always book at KTE everytime I go to Korea. The price is cheaper here. This time our stay in Everland was shorten due to weather condition. It was sooo cold even in the afternoons. And our guide advised us to take an earlier pick-up time. Good thing we agreed to him or else, we would be freezing our ass to death. Thank you very much KTE. You’re the best!

This tour package is very convenient. You only need to show up on time at the pick-up station, and confirm with the driver that it’s the correct bus going to Everland. Once seated, a guy will ask for your name, then give the bus tickets for the return trip. It was winter when we visited Everland, so T-express and some other rides were closed. There was no firework display as well. But this is already expected. Thanks to the outdoor heaters, we didn’t freeze exploring the park. Snowbuster was fun, and we will definitely be back here!

We had a good experience with the both pick up and return shuttle bus. Both drivers were friendly and welcomed us. There was a person in charge of “registering” passengers who could speak English and instantly identified my name before I said it myself. The QR code was convenient and allowed us to skip the ticketing queue to go straight to the gantry. Overall, this is a great package, and especially convenient for those staying near Seoul Station!

The driver in charge of pick up is great as compared to the driver who sent us back. He screamed as us to get down the bus when the drop off point (Seoul Station) is different from the pick up point. As we are foreigners, we are unfamiliar with the drop off point and are so worried that we are dropped off at the wrong place. The driver is impatience and not understanding at all. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we are somehow forced down the bus. Very bad experience.

Pick up is very messy. Different bus name mentioned in email confirmation. Approach the guy in front of the bus and he kept asking us to queue but did not want to confirm whether it is the right queue.

I chose this package because I checked online and it’s hard to get to Everland with public transport. I’m so glad this package also has the discount ticket for Everland! we went with a few friends so it saved a lot! The mobile tickets we got from the confirmation voucher are great, just have to show the tickets from the phone ! Best of Everland is the Safari and T-express ! must go!

I would like to feedback that the person in charge for the departure from myeongdong to Everland is very polite and amiable. However, it is really disappointing that the man who is in charge of the bus going back to myeongdong was extremely rude. We were told that there were 2 seats left at 6.15pm, and I asked whether there are 2 seats that are together, he told me no and so I requested to take the next bus. However, he was totally disagreeable and snatched my tickets away, saying that the next bus will come only 30min later. I felt extremely upset with such a poor service. Apparently, there should be a bus that would leave by 6.30pm, isn’t it? And I was punished to take a seat I don’t feel comfortable with for an entire hour just for your company’s convenient sake. If that is the case, I would have rather taken a public transport which at least I could queue up and take another bus if I can’t have a seat of my choice at a much lower cost. The driver starts driving even before my mum got to sit down. She almost fell down. I think it is important to consider the safety of all passengers, especially when an old lady is still looking for a seat which was right at the corner at the back. There is absolutely no hurry to drive the bus off since we were still 15 minutes early. All in all, I hope you could look into the processes and logistics of your company’s tour and I don’t think I would engage in your service again or recommend anyone to take up this package. It is really a disappointing experience for both of us. Thanks.
